A Live in Health Care Assistant with the appropriate expert skills and a minimum of two years’ experience will be supporting you or your loved one to stay at home. This includes services such as:
Specialist care needs can be long or short term, and MyLife is able to support with both. In cases where there is a recovery and rehabilitation need, there can be a transition from a live in Health Care Assistant to a visiting care service as health or mobility improves. With both long and short term support requirements, the personalised care plan will be continuously reviewed and updated by the Clinical Nurse.
A specialist care service requiring a live in Health Care Assistant will be regularly supervised by the Clinical Nurse and any additional training required for the assigned Health Care Assistant will be provided to ensure you or your loved one is always receiving the expert level of care needed. We only recruit Health Care Assistants who have the desire to learn and provide a professional level of care that is expected by the Clinical Nurse lead. MyLife is also able to recruit to match yours or your loved one’s specific needs.
