Live In End of Life Care

MyLife offers a comforting and professional live-in end-of-life care package which is designed for each individual’s needs, as well as their family. We ensure that the transition from hospital or hospice care is smooth, and help with making the home ready for any specific needs the person may need. A terminal or life-limiting illness affects the whole family, and friends so it is important to us that everyone receives the emotional and spiritual support that is much needed at this time.

Our live-in carers and healthcare professionals do everything they need to do to help the person with managing pain and other symptoms, as well as any medical side effects. All you really need to do as a family is be there for your loved one, spending quality time with them in their final days at home.

The Live in Carer will provide a stable and continuous presence for you at this time, they are compassionate and caring, and have experience in this type of care. They will ensure that your family member or loved one is as comfortable as possible and is able to achieve quality of life within their own home, instead of a nursing home or similar.

With any terminal illness, there may be specialist care needs and in these cases, the Live in Carer will also be supervised by one of our Clinical Nurses.
