All MyLife carers must have a valid PVG before they can work with our clients. In addition, we will seek 2 references from previous employers or places of study before a carer is offered a role with MyLife.
We advertise, interview, select and employ all carers directly. We train our carers in-house using a dedicated training team. Once training has been completed, new carers then shadow an experienced carer before they embark on care delivery for our clients by themselves.
